A unique live group coaching experience with Emma Seymour

✨It's time to experience Radiant Jan✨

Welcome, Radiant Queen!

I’m so glad you’re here, becaus this means you’re really thinking about doing something wonderful for yourself this January.

Bring it ON, baby ❤️✨

I want to applaud you right now… because even considering this move takes courage.

We live in a drinking culture. To live (and enjoy your life) without alcohol, for any length of time, is a rebellious move, a power move. And you can do it.

Yes, YOU.

I know this year has been challenging for you. You’re not alone. All the extra stress has led many of us to drink more alcohol than we’re truly happy about - and to wonder about taking some time off from booze.

Dry January is the perfect opportunity to give yourself a goddam break

(in more ways than one).

Yes, January can be one bleak-ass month, but if you take this leap and join me in Radiant+ AF, I promise you a GORGEOUS month of deep, DEEP relaxation, nourishment, cosiness, laughs, growth, joy and fun that lifts your heart for days.

We’re taking ‘Dry’ Jan and turning it into Radiant Jan.

Doesn’t that sound much juicier?

We’re talking luxurious, easy, flowing, inspired, energised, rested and recharged, buzzing, joyful, cocooned, grateful, chilled, loved up, on fire, winning, rejuvenated, so glad, and full of love.

(NB: These ^^ are all actual words from actual Radiant+ AF alumni.)

Dry January can genuinely be an amazing experience.

Yet, most people won’t consider actually doing it.

But you are here, so I know you ARE considering it.

Let me tell you now, dear one: if you want this, you can do it.

Because YOU are powerful.

You’re an original, a one-off. There will never be another you, with exactly this life, and this story.

You are unique, and the world needs you in your power, now more than ever.

I want you to feel and know how powerful you are. To realise your true potential.

To know yourself better, and to love what you see.

To know who you are, and what you want, and to live your life on purpose.

Yes, a month without alcohol will absolutely give you health benefits, helping you sleep better, lose weight if you want to, and enjoy better relationships (and probably save you quite a bit of money, too).

But for me, the most exciting part is that you get to feel so damn proud of yourself because you’ll be achieving something that most adults think they could never do.

Most won’t even try.

But you are different.

YOU are HERE, right now.

What's Included?

4x weekly group coaching sessions, including time for Q&A (Mondays @ 7-8.30pm BST). These are live sessions, hosted by me (Emma Seymour) on Zoom. If you can’t attend live, you can pre-submit your questions and you’ll get a replay recording. Each one is themed but you’re welcome to bring whatever is going on with you that week.

A private, supportive Facebook group for that all-important community element. I’ll be in the group every day during our thirty days together, to answer questions and encourage you.

Weekly video content (also available as audio and transcript) created just for you. These are informal lectures, to help you learn more about alcohol and your body, your mind, stress and anxiety, relaxation, sleep, habit changes, and your overall wellbeing.

I have created 4 guided meditation recordings just for you, designed especially to support you during these 30 days. These recordings will help you to sleep better, relax and de-stress more easily, take care of yourself and enjoy socialising without alcohol. These audios are yours to keep forever, and I honestly believe they are worth the investment all by themselves.

4x weekly relaxation sessions, involving guided meditation, gentle movement and breathwork, and/or yoga nidra (yogic sleep, oh yes).  You do not need any experience or prior knowledge of yoga or meditation. They are guided and safe and available to all, regardless of physical age or ability.  And, they will make you feel amazing.

You’re doing/you want to do Dry January and you...

  • Have done it and breezed it tbh, but you still know it could be better.

  • Are a first-timer and you’re terrified.

  • Perhaps you’re sober curious and ready to begin that journey in a safe and supportive environment.

  • Maybe you’ve had periods of living Alcohol Free already and want more.

  • Or you’re already living the Alcohol Free life, but you love the sound of all the relaxation and meditations and dance parties and want to join the fun… and who could blame you?

Meet Your Teacher

Hello, I’m Emma Seymour, and I’m so thrilled you’re here.

I’m a clinical hypnotherapist, coach, workshop + retreat leader, meditation guide and Qoya teacher. I’ve practised full-time as a hypnotherapist since 2013, and I’ve done a lot of training and qualifications.

I'm a trauma survivor and I'm trauma-informed. I'm also committed to doing my own anti-racist work and and to learning how to be a good ally and ancestor. I'm committed to becoming more thoughtful and inclusive. I don't have it all figured out, but I'm always willing to receive feedback and to learn.

I live in London with my partner, and I’m blessed with a wonderful stepdaughter.

I’ve been on my sober journey for about five years now. I was sober for 50% of last year, and I properly committed to a life of freedom from alcohol in January 2020.

It’s been the best year my life. Yes, even in 2020!

If I had one day left on earth, what would I want to do with it? I’d want to let as many people (and especially women) know that it’s totally possible (and probably much easier and more fun than you think) to live without alcohol. Far from ‘giving up’ booze, I've binned it. And in so doing, I’ve gained my freedom and my confidence. There are so many benefits - even in just 30 days!

I am so glad you’re here now. I’m so happy you got this far.

You deserve freedom. And peace. And joy. And love.

If these feel like true desires for you right now, come on in.

You’ll be so glad.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes, there is the option to pay over 2 months at just £111 per month. However if you are struggling and know that this course would help you, please email me directly at and let's have a chat.

Who is the course not for?

It's not for you if you're drinking enough that it would be dangerous for you to stop without medical supervision. If you’re in doubt about whether you could safely stop drinking by yourself, that’s probably a sign that you need some help with this. Please consult your doctor (or get medical help) before stopping drinking alcohol. Please know that you’re not alone and help is available.
If the thought of stopping drinking is truly terrifying to you, this probably isn’t for you. If this is how you feel, please send me a message ( You're not alone in feeling this way, and I understand, because that’s how I felt too. I need you to know that there’s nothing wrong with you, it’s just that this specific programme is not designed to help you enough with where you’re at right now. I can support you in other ways, and I can offer advice, and I’ll be glad to do so. Even thinking about stopping drinking is courageous, so you can exhale right now, and give yourself a break. I see you, and I love you. Seriously.
If you’ve been diagnosed with clinical depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or psychosis, or if you're taking anti-depressant medication, please consult your doctor before taking this programme (or any other).

Are spaces limited?

Places are limited and I care very much about every single person who signs up. You get my personal love and care every step of the way. You’ll have weekly opportunities to ask me questions (live or pre-submitted) plus the option of adding on 1:1 sessions at special rates.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the online nature of the course, we do not offer refunds. If you need a payment plan please reach out and let me know and we can discuss this.

Do I need experience of living Alcohol Free to take part?

You don’t need any experience of living without booze to participate and thrive in this programme. People have signed up full of doubt and fear, and have ended their 30 days brimming with new-found confidence, and yes, actual radiance.

Is this a recovery programme like AA or Tempest?

This is NOT a recovery programme, like AA or Tempest, and I am NOT a recovery or sobriety coach. I’m a hypnotherapist, life coach, Qoya and yoga teacher, and meditation guide. I’m also a trauma survivor and a person who lives sober from alcohol, with genuine joy and ease (I am grateful and proud to say). I’m sharing what I’ve learned and using my skills and experience to guide you and hold space for you during this unique programme.
